At Nath Tours, we strive to offer our customers the best travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund policies.
1. General Policy
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to info@nathtours.com or through your registered Nath Tours account.
- The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered for the calculation of applicable cancellation charges.
2. Cancellation Charges
A. For Standard Holiday Packages (Domestic & International):

---|---|
More than 30 days | 10% of the package cost |
15–30 days | 25% of the package cost |
7–14 days | 50% of the package cost |
Less than 7 days | 100% of the package cost (no refund) |
B. For Customized or Specially Curated Itineraries:
- Cancellation charges may vary based on the service providers’ terms.
- A minimum of 30% of the total package cost is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation period.
3. No Show / Early Departure
- No refund will be provided in case of a no-show or early departure from the tour or hotel.
- Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable.
4. Refund Timeline and Mode
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
5. Non-Refundable Components
- Visa fees, travel insurance, convenience charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
- Certain bookings (like flight tickets, event passes, or group tours) may be marked as non-refundable and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
6. Force Majeure
Nath Tours shall not be liable to provide any refund if the cancellation occurs due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
- Airline strikes
- Government regulations or travel bans
In such cases, Nath Tours will assist customers in rescheduling or adjusting the booking, subject to availability and supplier terms.
7. Amendments to the Policy
Nath tours reserves the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice. The policy applicable will be the one in effect on the date of cancellation.
