What is the minimum amount to be paid for confirmed booking?
Minimum 30% of total tour package amount to be paid at the time of booking to mark the booking is confirmed.
Can I make any changes in my tour booking after the booking is done?
Yes, you can modify your booking or cancel. There may be certain charges for modifications or for cancelling the old booking and making new arrangements. The travel consultants at our offices will assist you for the same.
What is the cancellation or modification charges once the booking is done?
There is no charges for cancelling/or modifying the date of tour 5 days prior to tour date, however modification of date is subject to availability of tour date. Cancelling 3 days prior to tour date is 30% deductable of total tour amount. Amendment to tour plan for addition/ or change in planned site visit may be chargeable as per actual condition.
What is the Hotel details for accommodation? Can we change the Hotel and booking only travel package?
Guests to be stayed in Hotel ‘Nath Palace’ or similar 3* property. Travel only package is not available for these any packages. Type of room can be upgraded with nominal charges.
